Does Quicken Canada Actually Support Rental Property Management and Generate T776 Reports?

I’ve seen several conflicting reviews suggesting that the Canadian version may not actually include the advertised rental management features. Could you point me to an article or video where I can see exactly which features are available in the Canadian version? Also, will I be able to generate a proper T776 report? (To clarify, I’m only interested in the Canadian versions, not the U.S. edition.)

I understand it can be frustrating trying to confirm whether Quicken Canada supports rental property management and T776 reporting. Unfortunately, Quicken Canada does not include Rental Property management features, including the ability to generate T776 reports.
