Connection to TD Bank accounts doesn’t download the transactions

Hi, any banking transaction - chequing account or credit cards aren’t getting downloaded on refresh. The only time the data is being downloaded is when I reset connection with the financial institution, which results in overwriting all the historical transactions. I have tried the multiple links available for tdcanadatrust. The other links seem to be for US banking and I’m unable to login. Also, the connection never worked properly since the first day for me. So it’s not a new issue. Thanks.
