UPDATE 10/7/25
Bank of America and Merrill Lynch have informed us that some customers using biometric logins (like Touch ID or Face ID) may encounter issues during the new connection process.
At this time, biometric login isn’t supported in the consent flow. To continue, please log in using your username and password instead.
If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it directly through Bank of America or Merrill Lynch's website. If you need additional help, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch's customer support team can guide you through the password reset steps.
We appreciate your understanding as Bank of America and Merrill Lynch work to improve this process.
Thank you.
