Errors when syncing with M&T Bank - new August 29 and continuing

I use Quicken for Mac. I have connected multiple accounts with M&T Bank using Quicken Connect since the People's United merger with no issue. As of late August, the connection stopped working. I disconnected my account, and, when I try to reconnect, I now have an error that M&T Bank does not support Quicken connections (see screenshot). I do not believe this to be the case, and I believe that this is an aggregator error on the Quicken side.

I still have a 2nd account that I did not disconnect, and it shows an error code 1006 which I have reported to Quicken (see screenshot).

In reading through the support site, it appears that this is a continued issue, so it would be helpful to know if there is a fix for this.

    When I disconnect and try to reconnect, I am unable to reconnect because it says that M&T Bank does not support it (have never had an issue after 5 years). I'm stuck in a circle on this issue.

    @SDP I understand how frustrating this must be. Since you’re now unable to reconnect the account and are stuck in this loop, the best next step is to contact Quicken Support directly.

    They can collect the necessary log files and escalate further if needed.

    Thanks Anja. I called support. They suggested switching to "M&T Bank - Business" instead of "M&T Bank Corporation" — and the Quicken Connect worked again!
