Quicken for Mac is not asking for My Synovus MFA code but rather giving error FDP-101

Quicken for Mac is giving me this error code when I try to update my Synovus accounts. I deactivated them and tried to reconnect, and get the same result. Each time I try to connect, Synovus sends me an MFA code, but Quicken is not asking for the code, just giving me the error message.

Can someone tell me when this is going to be fixed?
