The recent update. Is it fixed yet?

It seems lots of issues with this update. All my bills got unlinked and now I have over 20 zero dollar scheduled transactions that I can not delete. I just tried to enter 2 downloaded transactions and had to click through 21 pop up windows asking if it was the zero dollar scheduled transaction. How can this be fixed?!?

There have been several "recent updates", so your question is unclear.

Please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us which BUILD you're currently running … then we can respond.

I am having a similar issue, which began today after the latest update.

I am running Quicken Classic, Business and Personal

    Version R64.23

    Build 27.164.23.

I have declined all of the recommendations.

I even went to Bill and Income Reminders and turned off suggestions.

I am still getting the same suggestions.

After using Quicken for a year, I've realized updates involving reminders often cause data corruption. After this last update, my data got corrupted again (I can tell because the upcoming paychecks calculate incorrectly), and now I've got to start a new file AGAIN. As you gain experience with Quicken, you get better at starting a new file and importing everything in. You learn all the little tricks to importing that makes it easier. But it's still always a pain.

    Regarding your unlinked bills.

Was it the most recent update that broke them or

    • NEW - More Reliable Online Bills. We've switched to a new eBill provider as our current partner is discontinuing the current service. Although the new service covers fewer bills, the reliability of the connected bills is much better. At the same time, we’ve significantly improved the coverage and reliability of credit card bill delivery in Quicken.

The R64.19 update requires that they all be reestablished using the new eBill provider.

After this install I can not even open my account or any previous backup.

I rely on the calendar to budget out for months. It was corrupted with update with thousands of dollars in RED expenditures showing up, most in duplicates, going back months.

Have also had to relink all accounts several times.

This update is a mess, time consuming to fix, and I am worse off than ever before.

I would uninstall and reinstall the program software. Then, restore a known-good backup.

Will anyone from the company ever look at this and reply? I'm really unhappy.

You are totally right, this latest update is a complete disaster (27.1.64.25 and possibly the one before - not sure as I haven't logged into Quicken since 9/4) But anyway, I have really old bill reminders popping up and now my balances are way off. Yes, it's possible to revert to an older version, but with forced updates, I'll still face the problem. Plus, my backups can't even fix the problem.

    Hello @wildnut,

Thank you for sharing your experience. The issue you describe with old bill reminders popping up is a known issue that our teams are already working to resolve. We do not have an ETA, but it should be fixed in a future update.

    Thank you!
