    The error you’re seeing (Care Code: FDP-102) usually occurs if an account has been deactivated or deleted and then restored from a backup. To fix this, the recommended steps are to first deactivate the affected Sallie Mae account(s) in Quicken and then reactivate them by reconnecting with your login credentials.
