Adding Sallie Mae Bank Account Is Broken Again. As in April (Closed) Post
This is still an issue and continuing.
When trying to add a Sallie Mae Bank account it appears the Username and Password fields are reversed when it asks you for them during the setup process.
I was having connection issues so I Reset my account. When I did, Quicken asked for the User Name and Password. It could not find Sallie Mae accounts. When I looked at the Password Vault, the User Name was the shown as the password, and the Password was shown as not needed. So I Deactivated the account. When I tried to set up again, same issue.
Now it also does not let you connect no matter which one you put in either option. Please Fix this!
Using Quicken Premier R63.21 - Windows 24h2, all patches

We appreciate your patience while our teams continue to investigate.

This is not just the Password and User Name fields being reversed. Sallie Mae is also reporting connection issues.

I was last able to successfully connect to Sallie Mae Bank via Quicken on 9/7/25. Yesterday (9/21/25), it failed (right after Quicken updated it's s/w and my subscription):
We were unable to connect to Sallie Mae Bank. This is usually a temporary issue. Please try again later. (FDP-105)
