Quicken cannot have a "/" in an account name. If you put it there, things go wrong with transfers. So Quicken should stop users from entering a "/" in the account name.
This should actually be fixed as a bug.

Adding a new offline account with an account name containing a "/" gave me this error message:
What was the offending account name? And how was this account created in the first place?
AFAIK, characters like ™ © ® should also be illegal in register names, especially when the bank account itself is the source of the account names.
(I'm using Q Windows R 64.30)
