Fidelity Download issues.

I'm running Quicken Classic (latest version) on a Mac. In reading the support comments I see I'm not the only one having problems with downloading transactions from Fidelity. Two questions:
- Has anyone found a solution? (Note: I've disconnected and reconnected the accounts and that doesn't fix it.)
- Has Intuit acknowledged this is a problem and stated they are working on a fix?

Hello @shepdawg,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand how disruptive it is when Fidelity transactions aren’t downloading properly. I’d like to gather a bit more detail so we can better identify what’s happening in your case.
- What exactly occurs when you attempt to update—do you receive an error message or does the update appear to complete without downloading transactions?
- When did this issue first begin?
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
- Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?
Check back and let us know!
