Fidelity - a position disappeared & had to be re-added + register doesn't match acct. list

Now two new quicken issues with Fidelity. Yesterday I refreshed my accounts to get them all current since it was a few days since I last did so. One position in my 401k just disappeared completely and I had to add it back in. Then, I also noticed on one of my fidelity accounts that the amount in the top right above the transaction register did not match the value along the left column where the account was listed. The value above the register was correct but the value on the account list was wrong and much lower. This is so frustrating and causes me to wonder what I'm paying this subscription for if I can't rely on the information.

Thank you for reaching out! Which position vanished from your 401(k) account? Was it a money market fund? Does it keep disappearing every time you update your account, or was it a one-time issue?
If the value at the top right of the register and the value on the left sidebar aren't matching, the first thing I'd recommend checking is what your sidebar is set to show.
