Erroneous input into 401K account in Tax Planner

There was an scheduled salary input into the checking account for my wife that somehow was corrupted/deleted. Not sure when this happened, I only noticed in the past week. It left a faulty entry in tax planner for 401K that I can not examine or delete. See below.

Look at date 0/0/47604 that is clearly nonsense. I believe this occurred when the 4/25/2025 entry was deleted/corrupted. The existing 4/25/2025 entry was entered after I noticed it was missing. I ran validate and super validate and it does not find this clear error. Any idea on how to fix this?

    I went to a backup and the problem went away
