Still not having any luck linking my quicken with Fidelity. It stopped working a couple of months ago. Still says Quicken can't connect to this account. When will this be fixed?

@sharifmet There have been a lot of issues with connectivity due to changes implemented by Fidelity. Some have been fixed; some are still problematic. Most people are able to connect to Fidelity, though. Because there are a variety of issues, you might want to call Quicken Support to see if they can help you get connected.

@sharifmet Try this. It worked for me, but no guarantees:

    1. Validate and repair qdata.qdf
    2. Backup qdata.qdf
    3. Set and keep your Fidelity accounts in full investment transaction view, not simple view.
    4. Deactivate all fidelity account online downloads and exit Quicken.
    5. Go to Fidelity Website and revoke download connection privileges for all Fidelity accounts. Log out of the Fidelity website.
    6. Run Quicken and re-activate online downloads for all of your fidelity accounts and link to existing accounts. This will use EWC+ for all accounts, and it will re-authorize download connection privileges for all Fidelity accounts at Fidelity. You can reauthorize all accounts (even NetBenefits) in one shot.
    7. If you don't like the results, restore your old qdata.qdf.
    8. I also had to delete some bogus FDIC* transactions and FDIC* securities that were used for my HSA cash (I don't have SPAXX). I then deleted these FDIC* transactions and their balance adjustment precursor and reconciled the correct cash balance from the website. I then clicked into the HSA account and downloaded transactions again. At some point Quicken asked me if I wanted to treat cash as cash (recommended) and I said yes (you can also change this setting later if you cash balance is non-zero). When Quicken downloaded transactions it reconciled okay and the cash balance was correct. Use full investment transaction view; do not use Simple View.

Note: almost all of this information and more is available in other threads on this forum, but it takes some digging. Generally, search for the newest activity.

@nerdindenial Your instructions pertain to Quicken Windows, but this thread is about Quicken Mac.
