Okay, I just tried connecting again, and for the first time, Quicken asked me to enter 2FA text from Ark7 which I did.
Quicken looked for my account at Ark7 but then returned 'We encountered an error while connecting to your bank" and offered to try again or enter transactions manually. (no error code #)
A step in the right direction, thought you would like to know.

I'm still receiving the 'We encountered an error while connecting to your bank' error message and now also the 'Oops CC-502' message.
At least it's still sending 2FA texts to my phone so I know I'm entering my credentials correctly.

@Harold Finch Thank you for sharing these details. We don't have an ETA just yet, but based on the open ticket, I can see that a fix is currently in the works and our service providers are actively working on it.

I noticed you closed my unresolved issue/discussion dating back to March 2025 regarding not being able to connect to ARK7.
It's been a month since the last update and I still receive the same error message of Quicken not being able to communicate with the bank. (It recognized my account though, asking for 2FA via text so I know my credentials were entered correctly)
Is there still hope or should I give up?

Apologies for the confusion! Posts are closed after 30 days of inactivity, which is why your previous discussion was closed. I’ve gone ahead and merged your latest post with the original thread and reopened it so the conversation can continue in one place.
As for your connection issue with ARK7, I checked on the internal ticket, and it’s still open and actively being worked on by our service provider. Unfortunately, there’s no estimated time of resolution just yet, but it hasn’t been abandoned.

I just tried again and received error message that the financial institution is not yet supported.

When looking at this ticket, it does still show it is open and our service providers are working on a fix, though there is still no ETA available. I will reach out internally again to see if there is any further information that can be shared.
