I am not sure the new billpay service is working
Bills have been issued, but are not showing up in the bills section.
Also, Check Pay is active, and I have used Quick Pay many times. How many Check Pay are allowed per month? I have used Quick Pay several times, but there is no record of how many have been used in the monthly usage report.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
This Support Article covers how many payments you can make. You have the Bill Manager Standard that is included with your Premier subscription, so you have 12 Quick Pay and 5 Check Pay available monthly.
Just to clarify, which biller are you experiencing this issue with? This will help me determine the best steps to take for resolving/reporting the issue.
One thing you can try is going to the Bills & Income tab, clicking the gear icon on the right, and selecting Review and Repair from the menu options.
Once there, select Review and Repair Online Billers.
If possible, can you share a screenshot of the monthly usage amount missing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
