    You can click on the Flag beneath your post, check the box for "Moderator Review" or for "Other", type in the requested username change and then click on Send Report.

    I sent in a report using the "reason" for community rules. There is no "reason" option for "moderator review" or "other".

    @Douglas Potts What "reason" box are you referencing? Did you not see the "Additional Details" box? No reason is needed for a requested name change, just ask for the UserId you'd like.
