I've been trying for a week to download Fidelity account info using my Quicken Mac instance. The accounts show but, the balances are incorrect in some of the accounts and one of the accounts continues to trigger a download error.

Hello @Taz,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I am happy to help.
After checking your connections internally, I do not see anything obviously wrong, like accounts in error, or anything like that. So that's good news! Are you still having the issues you described as of today? If so, can you answer some follow-up questions for me?
- Where is your data file located?
- Is your file being synced and/or backed up by any third-party services like iCloud, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
- What error are you seeing from your end?
- Are new transactions downloading?
Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing could be helpful as well. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Looking forward to your response.
Quicken Alyssa
