0 shares downloaded from Fidelity for 401k

I keep getting Buy transactions with 0 shares and no security listed but the amount is correct in my 401k

When I use "Show Inspector" for the transaction, it lists the name of the security under "Statement Memo"

and then when I edit the transaction and add the name of the security, it updates with the correct number of shares, so that's helpful, but still a pain that I have to do this manually for every download.
