@Quicken Anja I have also run into this problem. I have two different BOA accounts - one is connected by Web Connect, but the second I downloaded manually because Quicken did not support having two Web Connects to the same bank. Is that still a limitation?
Web connect for Target Red Card also is not downloading transactions via Web Connect anymore - has that support also been discontinued?

Hello @Terp04,
Thanks for reaching out!
Having two different Bank of America accounts should not be a limitation in itself. Can you confirm whether both accounts are under the same Bank of America login, or do they use separate usernames? If they’re under different usernames, that could explain the issue you’re running into.
Also, could you please elaborate a bit more on what happens when you try to connect or download transactions? For example, are you getting an error message or code, or does the connection appear successful but no new transactions download?
Regarding your Target Red Card, I do see that you’re connecting through the correct instance (Target National Bank). Internally, the last connection attempt shows as successful, so we’ll need a few more details about what you’re seeing on your end—are you receiving an error, or does it appear to connect but not download anything?
Once we have that information, we can better determine the next steps.
Thank you!

Hi @Quicken Anja ,
I was not clear about the Bank of America issue, I'm sorry about that. I have two separate user names - one with three accounts, which uses the Quicken Connect method. The other has two accounts, which I downloaded as QFX files since I could not figure out a way to have two Quicken Connect user names to the same bank. Is there a work around for this?
For the Target Red Card, I used to get prompted for a 2FA code, but that doesn't happen anymore. Instead, it just shows the spinning arrows up top and then gives a little green check. But the last 4 transactions (all in October) have not downloaded. I believe I was getting an error, so I disconnected the account and then reconnected it. Since then the error has not reappeared but the transactions still are not downloading.
Thank you so much for your help!
Justin

@Terp04 Thanks for clarifying!
Regarding your Bank of America accounts:
For the account you’ve been downloading as QFX files, try disconnecting that account first. If needed, please follow follow the steps in this support article. After disconnecting, try reconnecting it via Quicken Connect by going to Accounts > Add Accounts.
Then, choose the option to link it to your existing account.
Let me know whether or not this will allow you to connect without interfering with the connection for the other accounts under the other username. Let me know if this works.
Regarding your Target Red Card account:
Please take a moment to review and follow this support article for guidance. In summary, it walks through common causes for missing transactions and the steps to resolve them, such as:- Ensuring your account register is sorted by Date and clearing any filters.
- Confirming “Download all available transactions” is enabled in the account’s Settings > Downloads tab.
- Refreshing your online account information in Quicken and reviewing hidden accounts or columns to locate any downloaded transactions.
- Checking if transactions are pending on your bank’s website or if they were incorrectly matched or deleted in Quicken.
If after reviewing/trying these steps the issue persists, please reach out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files and can escalate if needed.
Thank you!

The Target problem is a known issue. I'm surprised you didn't mention that rather than telling the OP to check for things they are doing wrong.
