Do the Developers use Customer Accounts As Testing Grounds?

So, I had some weird behavior happen today while using Quicken in my account. My data file got corrupted so my quotes for several lots were wrong. I restored it, and now it's okay, but the paycheck sync issues I've reported previously now show different numbers. The timing of this is odd because I just reported this issue, and now things are changing when I wouldn't expect them too. I'd expect the problems I'm seeing to be consistent, not change out of the blue. So I'm wondering, do the devs troubleshoot individual customer accounts?

NO ONE, other than you, has access to the data files on your computer.

What you're reporting sounds like data file corruption.

It was a fair question, considering I've started fresh data files previously and manually imported all my transactions before.

I continue to experience these issues. You know what though, I think you might be right. I'll switch things up and see what happens.

If you are using Sync to Mobile/Web try turning that off.

I'm not. I don't use that feature. The paycheck failure has been going on for quite some time. This data file may indeed be corrupted. So I'll move some stuff over to a new file. But this has still been a persistent issue.

@recursor1 If you are not using the mobile or web features, make sure the Sync setting at Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web is set to Off (slider to the left.)

I don't know if others a might access your files, but I think the best protection is to maybe keep our data on a system that is not left on the network. I don't do downloads for just that reason. I have also found that the file integrity checks make unwanted and incorrect changes to my data that have nothing to do with structure.
