Quicken Mac not updating mutual fund prices

Today, with the very slow update connection, none of my mutual fund prices were updated. All are Fidelity funds. There was no error shown, but the values were not updated from the previous day.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Are these funds with Fidelity or Fidelity NetBenefits? Is it the prices from Friday that haven't updated yet? Are these non-public traded funds, or a different kind of fund?

    I know my Fidelity (what was NetBenefits) non-publicly traded funds didn't update prices-even after you supposedly got the "slow aggregation issue" resolved.

    The prices coming from the quote server are all up to date-just the (non-public) ones provided by Fidelity.

    The issue resolved itself a couple of hours later. Today was also fine. These are Fidelity public funds.

    FYI: I tried an update again later, and the updated prices did come through (quickly)
