ONGOING 11/14/25 QWIN - CC-501 - Multiple financial institutions

We are seeing a trend of customers receiving CC-501 errors in Quicken Classic for Windows starting earlier this morning when trying to update accounts. While this issue may be affecting other financial institutions as well, the following financial institutions, have been confirmed as returning the CC-501 error:

  • Fidelity Investments
  • Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
  • Merrill Lynch Investments
  • American Express
  • Robinhood

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
