Quicken mischaracterizing Fidelity NetBenefits 401(k) loan repayments

Since I was able to get Fidelity and Quicken to acknowledge each other in the past couple weeks, I'm having an issue with how Quicken handles certain downloaded transactions on my wife's NetBenefits 401(k) account.

We have a loan against her 401(k) that is repaid by an additional contribution from her paycheck. When the transactions are downloaded from Fidelity, it seems that Quicken sees the notation on those Buy transactions as "Loan Repayment" and characterizes them as Payment/Deposit, messing up the account balance, causing me to have to log into to our Fidelity account to get share amounts, and correct the transactions in Quicken.

Is there something I can do to get Quicken to properly characterize these transactions, do I have to wait for another Quicken update, or is this just my lot in life now?

    Hello @Jimal,

Thank you for reaching out. I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance with this issue since they have access to tools we can't access on the Community and they can escalate the issue as needed. They'll likely need to review the logs to confirm how the data is being sent to Quicken. Quicken Support's contact information can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday. Chat support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, 7 days a week.

I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!
