There have been no updates for a month now. Fidelity HSA transactions still aren't working. Updates were working as recently as September 2025.

Looks like this alert has the latest on Fidelity issues
Hello @soccerCoffeeMom,
Thanks for checking in. Ticket #11999090 is still open, but there haven’t been any updates yet.
To clarify the situation: this isn’t a Quicken bug or something we can actively fix on our side. Fidelity HSA accounts are structured so that transactions and cash balances aren’t sent to Quicken at all, which is why they stopped downloading.
Because the data isn’t being provided by Fidelity, Quicken is unable to download or sync these HSA transactions. For now, the only option is to manually update the cash balance and any transactions you want tracked.
We are monitoring this, and if Fidelity changes how they send HSA data, we’ll update the Community Announcement.
Thank you!
I'm watching this too and considering moving the HSA account to Schwab
Hello @Brian McDonald,
Thanks for sharing your perspective. We definitely understand why you’d be considering an alternative financial institution given the limitations around Fidelity HSA downloads right now.
At this time, the data behavior is controlled by how Fidelity provides HSA information to third-party apps like Quicken. If they change their data handling in the future, we’ll update the Community Announcement accordingly.
We appreciate you following along and sharing your feedback.
@Brian McDonald
Apparently Schwab only offers the investment side of HSA accounts, they are not a full service HSA administrator like Fidelity and others. https://www.schwab.com/hsba
Hello All,
The Alert for this issue has been marked as resolved.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Quicken Support directly so they can investigate any issues on a case-by-case basis and process escalations if needed.
On Jan 31, 2026 I did a transaction download with Fidelity for my 401K and it also downloaded my HSA transactions which was a big surprise to me. Does anyone know if the issue has been officially resolved?
See the Alert referenced by @Quicken Anja immediately above your post.
Thanks, Jim. When I click on that link I get a message that I don't have permission to see that page but I infer it's been successfully resolved at this point which is great news. Sometimes resolved means "we're not going to fix this and you need to live with it."
Sorry, the alert has already been archived. Here is the text of the resolution:
RESOLVED 1/22/26
This issue has been marked as resolved, and new transactions are now downloading for affected Fidelity HSA accounts.
However, some users may notice that transactions dated approximately 10/3/25 through 12/19/25 are not downloading automatically. Transactions posted after 12/19/25 should now download as expected.
10/3/25 through 12/19/25
after 12/19/25
If transactions within the affected date range are missing, they may need to be entered manually or reconciled using placeholders or cash balance adjustments to correct holdings and balances.
This Alert will remain available for those who may still be experiencing issues. If you continue to encounter problems or need assistance correcting missing transactions, we recommend reaching out to Quicken Support for further help.
