Can we get an update on this ticket concerning integration with Empower - Pershing BNY? Last update was in October and issue is still occurring.

    Ticket 11991654 / CTP-14800 is still open and actively being worked on, though we do not have an ETA available. At this time, we don’t have any new information beyond what’s already been shared.

    Please continue to refer to the Community Alert for this issue—any and all updates we receive will be posted there. We understand the Alert hasn’t been updated since October, but that simply means we haven’t been provided anything new to share yet.

    Thanks for the response, Anja. I had checked the Community Alert before posting. Just wondered if the integration fix was progressing and thus my posting. Appreciate your help.

    I, too, have been referencing the Community Alert site for updates (last updated 10/22/2025).

    It will be difficult to get taxes completed without this fix. I am looking forward to regular (?weekly?) updates from Anja.

    Our teams have requested that, in addition to submitting new logs (if you haven’t already), you please verify your credentials by logging into investor.pershing.com. Once logged in, navigate to the Settings page and verify your information to link to Quicken.

    Hi, Anja,

    This was the problem. I was able to update the account settings and approve Quicken for accessing the accounts via the web interface. Here is a screenshot:

    Once I hit approved, Quicken was able to upload the information.
