UPDATE 12/3/25 Multiple Banks - OFX (Direct Connect) connection issues (occurs 12/8)

Our OFX/online banking provider is making a system update on December 8th, 2025. We do not expect this update to cause problems for most customers, but a small number of financial institutions may experience connection issues afterward.

If your bank is listed below and you begin having trouble updating your accounts after December 8th, 2025, you may be able to resolve the issue by refreshing your connection.

What to Do if You’re Affected

If your accounts stop updating after the system update:

1. Deactivate the affected account(s) in Quicken.
2. Reactivate the account(s) using the OFX Direct Connect connection method.

Still Not Working?

If you continue to experience issues after reactivating your accounts, please contact your financial institution directly and ask them to escalate the issue to their OFX/online banking service provider.
