ONGOING 11/28/25 USAA - Missing transactions

We’re currently aware of an issue where USAA transactions are not downloading in all Quicken products. As a result, some customers may notice missing transactions.

Before trying other troubleshooting steps, we recommend reviewing the FAQs below to see if they help resolve the issue:

Our teams are actively investigating and working to restore normal connectivity as quickly as possible. This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
