Bill paying service update. Is it working for ANYONE?

Did Quicken even beta test this software update change internally or with a few customers before they released it. I have been a Quicken user for over 30 years and it worked great until a few years back. Then:

1) My Schwab Brokerage accounts would no longer update or download properly. I now have to do that by hand.

2) I can no longer schedule bills to be paid each month into the future. I now have to manually submit them each month.

3) For the past year, when using Quick Pay, my Bank America credit card is paid in duplicate! Talk about taking a surprise $3000+ hit in your bank account!

4) And now this fiasco of the bill paying service!!

    Hello @deacm,

    Thank you for sharing your experience, though I am sorry for the frustrations you have faced.

    As far as being able to schedule bills to be automatically paid out monthly, you are correct that we no longer offer this as an option. It was possible in Quicken Bill Pay, but since we switched to Quicken Bill Manager, it has not been offered. You now need to initiate each payment monthly.

    Bills getting paid in duplicate is definitely rare, but something that we should look further into. I would suggest contacting Quicken Support immediately if/when this happens.

    Can you provide more information about the issues you are having with Schwab and bill paying? The more detail you can provide, the better. Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing may be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.
