Can't get transactions from Online Center to go into my register, from PNC Bank

I can't get transactions from Online Center to go into my register, from PNC Bank. I know PNC Bank and Quicken have had a syncing issue and are apparently working on it, but it's been over a month and all I get is that it's been "escalated" and someone from Quicken will email me when it's resolved. No one can actually update me on if this is still an issue they are working on? Can no one help me find a work around while we wait? I'm paying for Quicken subscription that hasn't worked in over a month. Can someone help or update me please?

    Hello @timermanbennett,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, you are seeing these transactions in the Online Center in your Quicken, but those transactions are not going into your PNC account(s)? If you have more than one PNC account, is this affecting all of them?

    If you haven't already done so, please navigate to Tools>Account List and double check to make sure you don't have duplicate accounts (this can sometimes happen when deactivating and reconnecting accounts, if they get added as new instead of linked to the existing account). The transactions downloading into an incorrect or duplicate account could be why you would see transactions in the Online Center, but not in the account.
