Unable to reconnect Schwab HSA account

@Quicken Kristina How is this different from the one that's already been going on since December 5?

My connection is finally working now as of this morning.

@Kristi Roberts I'm noticing that Web Connect is completing "successfully" but nothing is being updated (no new transactions) and the account holdings are still wrong.

It is working again for me. I don't know if it is related to updating to R65.29 or not, but I'll take it.

Hello All,
The issue should now be fixed. Please let us know if you're still having issues!
Thank you!

I was able to reconnect my Schwab HSA (Lively) account this morning. It showed up in the list when the dialog returned back to Quicken and I was able to link it to an existing account. Nothing downloaded because there were no new transactions. We will wait to see if that is working…
UPDATE: Yes, downloads are working correctly as well! Eureka!
Note to Quicken team: You really should be brave enough to post "Estimated Remediation Date" when you are working on a problem. You usually get things fixed within a month or two, so take a chance! We know it's not a "promise". When you post updates saying "We don't have an expected date, but we are working on it.", that sounds like [Removed - Language] and that, in turn, sacrifices the goodwill you want with your customers.
Secondly, go back and mark resolved issues as RESOLVED. You still have an outstanding post from last July (on another problem, i.e., Truist Bank) saying "We don't have a date, but we are still working diligently on it." [Removed - Disruptive]

Hello @smutschler,
Thank you for confirming that the issue is resolved.
Secondly, go back and mark resolved issues as RESOLVED. You still have an outstanding post from last July
There some issues which are resolved for most people, but are still open and ongoing because some customers are still reporting the problem.
I forwarded your feedback internally to our teams.
Thank you!
