Trouble updating Quicken Mac Accounts

I'm converting from Quicken Windows to Quicken Mac and have run into a big problem. When I try to update my Schwab Investor accounts it never allows me to specify a from date. The option selected is Download All Available Transactions. Select a From Date is not available to select and it just keeps updating to today's date. When I proceed with the download I don't get any transactions. I talked to someone at Quicken Support who tried to tell me that it's Schwab who is causing the problem. I checked back and I'm able to view transactions back for 4 years so that's not the problem.

I will say that Schwab is a little at fault in that they don't support Quicken file formats ie. QFX. They provide downloads in CSV, JSON AND XML formats. I did just find that I should be able to download a CSV file to and convert it to QFX then import that to Quicken. I'm surprised if this the only way people are updating Schwab accounts.

Has anyone else run into this? Hard to believe that I'm the only Quicken user that has this problem. Help!

Thank you for reaching out. I can see that you contacted Quicken Support a second time, and that ticket is marked resolved. Is this issue still happening, or did Support help you to resolve it?

If the issue is still happening, then to help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Is this problem happening in a Quicken Classic for Windows file that was converted to a Mac file, or is this happening in a new Quicken Classic for Mac file? What kind of account is the issue happening with (brokerage, 401k, HSA, etc.)?
