Cannot connect to KIVA account on Quicken for Mac version 26.2
Longtime Mac Quicken user here.
I have a Kive account and can log in with my credentials. Would like to add the account to my Quicken so I can update the account automatically.
I tried adding an account and searched for Kiva and was surprised to find it. I thought, "Great!". Proceeded and entered my Kiva credentials, but received the following error.
Closed Quicken and confirmed that I could log into KIva with these credentials, and I could. Reopened Quicken for Mac and tried again, and received the same error.
Am I doing something wrong? Should I try in a few days?
Thanks in advance,
Bryan

Hello @Bryan Schmiedeler,
Thanks for the details and screenshot. An FDP-106 error usually happens when the financial institution has changed something on their end—like the account name—or switched to a new account.
Since you’ve already confirmed your credentials work directly on Kiva’s website, the next step would normally be to essentially perform a clean disconnect and reconnect in Quicken as outlined in this support article regarding this error.
However, since it sounds like you're trying to add the account into Quicken for the first time, please contact Quicken Support directly so they can take a deeper look and escalate if needed.
Thank you!
