How do I connect America;s Credit Union to Quicken?

With the conversion to EWC+, I have not been able to connect Quicken to America's Credit Union and download transactions as well. Any help is appreciated.

Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows?
What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
US, Canadian or other country version?
Is your subscription expired or still active?
Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?When attempting to Add a New Account (Tools / Add Account or click the "+" icon in the Account Sidebar title), what error messages or error codes do you receive?
If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

EWC+ is not showing as a connectivity option

Perhaps, this is the problem. Quicken should be connecting to americascu.org but instead tries to connect to accounts.americascu.org. As I understand it, ACU used the latter once upon a time but no more. CoPilot told me there is no such account anymore. It doesn't exist.
I could be wrong too. At 76 I can barely run Quicken, much less CoPilot.
Hmmm… can't reach this pageCheck if there is a typo in accounts.americascu.org.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. What happens when you try to connect America's Credit Union in your Quicken file? Are you seeing any error messages/codes?
I can see there are a couple connection options. Which one are you using when attempting to connect?

EWC+ is not an option to select… per below
The error message displayed when attempting to login via Express Web Connect is as follows:
I've tried trouble shooting using Windows Network Diagnostics to no avail…..

To clarify, is that the error message you see when you click the Sign In button, or is that the error you see after trying to login directly on the website itself?
If you're seeing the error after clicking the Sign In button, please make sure that your browser extensions are paused or temporarily disabled, especially ad blockers and pop up blockers. Temporarily setting a different default browser may also help. If you use a VPN, please try turning it off while connecting the account.
