One Step Update Doesn't Remember Selected Accounts
Exactly as the post title states - this is the same issue as discussed 4 years ago in this thread.
https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7886285/one-step-update-doesnt-remember-selected-accounts
I go into one step update, select the desired accounts, click "apply" which is supposed to save the desired accounts, then update. Next time I try none of my desired accounts have been saved.
I've performed the validate and super-validate exactly as discussed in the earlier thread to no avail.

Hello @sol65,
Thanks for providing these details. To help narrow things down, could you clarify a few things?
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local C: drive, or is it on a cloud-synced or external location like OneDrive, Dropbox, or a USB drive?
- Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
- Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
- When did you first notice this difference between the screens?
- Had there been any recent changes to your system or Quicken setup before this started—such as updates, new software installations, or other adjustments?
Check back and let us know! Thank you.
