NEW 12/5/25 Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. - Missing Account - 355 DASH error

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting some customers who are connecting or reconnecting accounts with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.

Customers may be able to successfully complete the authorization (OAuth) process on the Schwab website and select their accounts for use with Quicken. However, after being redirected back to Quicken, the selected accounts may not appear for connection as expected.

Our teams are actively working to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll share updates as soon as they’re available.
