Bill Manager cancellation email - Quicken says it's not cancelled

This morning, I received this email, stating that my Quicken for Mac Bill Manager subscription was cancelled and that several check pay payments have been cancelled. I called Quicken and was told my subscription has not been cancelled, and that these check pay payments have not been cancelled.

Quicken said they did not send this email. Is this a phishing email?

Has anybody else had this?

    Thank you for sharing your experience. I can see that when you contacted Support about this, the issue was escalated and a follow up was scheduled. Did you receive the confirmation email for that follow up?

    Based on the image you provided, the email doesn't look like a typical phishing email, since those usually are trying to bait you into calling a phone number, clicking a link, or downloading an attachment.
