NEW 12/5/25 Multiple financial institutions - FDP-4000

We’re currently investigating an increase in FDP-4000 errors affecting connections to several financial institutions. Customers have reported issues when attempting to update or connect accounts.

We are still working to determine the full list of impacted institutions, but so far we have received reports involving:

• Vio Bank
• Zing Credit Union
• EverBank Consumer (CTP-15514)
• CEFCU
• Premier Members Credit Union (CTP-15517)
• Redwood Credit Union
