Why am I missing some Individual Accts in BofA Corporate Acct during Express Connect+ Plus setup?
Issue: When adding an account via "Bank of America - Quicken" via the Add Account screen, I can see the Corporate Account and 1 of the 3 credit card user accounts. Why am I unable to see/add the other 2 accounts?
Setup
Quicken Deluxe for Windows
Version: R65.17
Build: 27.1.65.17
Windows 11 Enterprise
Bank of America
Corporate Account with 3 credit card users, each with their own account number
Additional background:
Previously, I had Express Connect with one of the missing credit card user accounts, but I deactivated the connection recently.
I'm attempting to convert my accounts from using Web Connect (QFX files) and Express Connect to Express Connect+ Plus

Hello @koberoi,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. The most likely reasons for accounts to not show up as an option to add or link in Quicken are:
- No recent activity on the account can cause it to be marked as dormant.
- If it's a shared account, using any credentials other than the primary cardholder's can result in the account not showing as an option.
- Account is a sub account of another account.
- For example, a main credit card with authorized user cards associated with it.
- Using the wrong connection option in Quicken.
- A business account might not show up unless you're using a business connection option
Do any of the above causes apply to the two accounts that you can't add in Quicken? If not, then please provide more information about the problem accounts. Have they previously been successfully connected in Quicken? How old are the accounts? Are they business or personal accounts? What is the exact URL you use when logging into the financial institution's website directly to view the accounts?
I look forward to your response!

@Quicken Kristina - thank you for your quick response!
#3 is my usecase- a corporate account (business) with 3 sub accounts (authorized user cards with different CC numbers)
Additional details/answers to your questions:
- The main corporate account number shows up (this is where payments are made)
- The 3 sub accounts (credit cards) are where the charges are
- These previously worked via web connect (QFX files)
- The business account was set up in December 2016
- Recent activity of the sub-accounts (only 1 of the sub accounts shows up)
- Sub account #1 (shows up): July 2025
- Sub account #2 (doesn't show up): March 2023
- Sub account #3 (doesn't show up): December 2025
- Here's the URL which we use to log in:
- bankofamerica.com/business/
- I used the "Bank of America - Quicken" bank in the Quicken Add Account flow.
0 - The main corporate account number shows up (this is where payments are made)

Thank you for your reply,
Are you able to connect the main account that the 3 sub accounts are associated with? If so, do the transactions from those sub accounts reflect there?
Thank you!

@Quicken Kristina - thanks, again, for the quick reply.
No, the transactions (charges) from the BofA sub accounts (distinct credit cards / users) do not show up in the main corporate account. The only transactions that show up in the main corporate account are payments.
What's unexpected is 1 of the 3 sub accounts shows up in the Express Connect Plus - Add Account flow, but not the other 2. I expect all 3 sub accounts to show up + the main corporate account.

Thank you for your reply,
Do the transactions from all 3 sub accounts show up in the one that you're able to add, or is it just the transactions from that one sub account? Usually, if the problem is due to how the financial institution sends the data, you would still be able to see the information from all 3 sub accounts, even if it isn't separated into 3 separate accounts.
Thank you!

@Quicken Kristina - no, the charges/transactions from the other sub accounts do not show up in the 1 sub account that is showing up. Nor are those charges/transactions in the main corporate/business account. I'm missing those charges/transactions from the other 2 sub accounts.
I've been using Quicken for many years. The integration situation has become a showstopper for me with BofA dropping support for Web Connect and Express Connect Plus not showing all my sub accounts nor transactions.
As a back up, I am attempting to download the CSV files, which are not compatible with Quicken, modify them to match the Quicken import format, and then import them manually:
Even if this works, it would be a stop-gap only to help me catch up from the past 2 months and not something I can continue.

Thank you for your reply,
Since the data for those missing sub accounts isn't coming in at all, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as they have access to tools that we can't access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as needed. They may need to review the log files to confirm if the data is being sent to Quicken. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!
