Make "Manage Bills & Income" window searchable and filterable

For those that aggressively utilize the recurring & scheduled transactions functionality, it would be very useful to have the ability to search and/or filter scheduled transactions on the "Manage Bills & Income" page. E.g. I'd love to be able to filter for transactions set up from a particular account, or to find all items containing a particular keyword.
