Problem with Vanguard Account Register in Quicken Classic

I am having problems setting up a Vanguard account for tracking. After setting up the tracking, the account shows 4 quadrant analysis (Simple Tracking) rather than a Register (Complete Tracking). I am using Quicken Classic Version R65.29. All other investment accounts (set up previously) are all showing correctly as a Register. Anybody able to help?

    Under the General tab of the Account Details screen check to see what option as to presentation has been selected there. The Tracking method may have been changed.

    Thanks for responding. However, that area (Simple vs. Complete in the Tracking Method rectangle) is grayed out … I can't change from Simple to Complete.

    Assuming this happened "today", or just in the last few days, then I'd suggest going back to "yesterday's" backup - before the Account existed - and try creating it again. Those options should be available to you AFAIK

    Go to the problem account, click on the gear at the top right, and select Edit account details. On the Online Services tab, what does it show for the connection method? For Complete mode to work properly, it should say Direct Connect.

    The problem was that the problem account used some type of new connection called "Express Connect." I had to open the Edit Details window, delete the Financial Institution name and the Account Number, close the General Tab, Open the Online Services tab, and then use Direct Connect to add Online Services.
