UPDATED 1/15/26 Auto Renewal Subscription Refunds

We are aware of an issue where some users with auto-renewal enabled were double- or triple-charged. This occurred on 1/7/26.

If you were affected by this, rest assured that our teams are already working on refunding these charges.

This is a known issue and has been escalated internally; no ETA is available at this time.
