Non-Selected Budget Account Transaction Included in Budget Actuals

I have an account that is NOT selected to be included in my budget plan. However, the transactions in the account are still showing up in my budget. I selected and de-selected the account but it did not resolve the issue.

    Are the transactions in there transfers to or from another account?

    Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue (*), sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy and attach the image(s) here?

    Please save images to files of file type PNG or JPG only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

    (*) Image snapshots of the budget view in question and the register transactions would be helpful.

    Also, what version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    Is your subscription expired or still active?

    There is no image to share - the transactions are being included in the budget actuals even thought the account is not selected to include in the budget plan.
