Quicken will not update my PNC accounts
I need to update my connections to receive new transactions for any of my PNC checking, savings, or credit card accounts. Even then, it is often not correct on internal bank transfers. I have to do this almost every day. The problem was random, but now it seems to occur almost every day.
I am getting very tired of this problem. PNC has been of zero help.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:
- When did you first notice this issue?
- Are you encountering this issue when connecting via Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, or both?
- You can check how you're connected by navigating to Tools>Account List, and looking in the Transaction Download column next to the problem account(s).
- Is there any error message/code when you attempt to update your account(s)?
- If there is no error message/code, what exactly is happening when you try to update?

After updating my accounts several times, I think I found my problem. Apparently, it often takes several days for a transaction to "move" from PNC to Quicken. I guess I need to be more patient. I normally review and update my Quicken files daily. That may be too often.
