Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To troubleshoot this, please provide more information:
- Which browser are you encountering this problem in?
- Have you verified that you're using the most current version of that browser?
- Do you have any browser plug-ins/extensions installed? If so, have you tried pausing them?
- Have you tried using an alternate browser or incognito mode?
- Do you use a VPN?
- If you do, have you tried pausing it while using Quicken LifeHub?
