Quicken Classic planner crashes
I have contacted Quicken several times since January 9, 2026, asking for help. I have talked many hours to tech people and every time they hang up on me. It appears that they want to help me. But, then hang up and I have to initiate contacting them again. I'm done with that.
If Quicken wants to retain my business, they need to contact me.

Quicken will NEVER contact you, other than DM which @Quicken Kristina has already done. It just doesn't work like that.
And, since you haven't provided enough info re: what's happening (and since I don't care to play 20 Questions) you probably won't get much help here either.
Lastly, if you're truly still running Q2016, as your profile states, they're not getting any business from you anyway.
