When will Bank of America reconcile issue be resolved?

Quicken uses a balance for reconciling Bank of America accounts that includes pending transactions. This has been an issue for several months. When will it be fixed?

For my Bank Of America accounts, Pending Transactions are visible but are not included in the Balance for Reconciliation. I'm able to reconcile without any issues. I find this an acceptable work around and actually prefer this setup. Hope this helps.

Here's how my preferences are setup.

Thanks for your suggestion. But it seems my BoA accounts are behaving differently from yours. When I try to reconcile my BoA accounts, the balance Quicken uses includes pending transactions. It is as if those pending transactions have all cleared.

All my other accounts (Capital One Visa, Citi Bank Master Card) behave as they should when reconciling. In those accounts the balance Quicken uses does not include pending transactions, even though the pending transactions can be viewed.

This began late in 2025. Many others have posted similar complaints. But Quicken still has not addressed the issue.
