NEW 2/5/2026 QMAC - 'Failed to download payment info' QBM payment error / allotments not updating
We’re aware of an issue where some customers may see a “Failed to download payment info” error when attempting to make payments through Quicken Bill Manager in Quicken Classic for Mac.
At this time, payment allotments may not be updating correctly for customers experiencing this error. Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
