Memorized Memos
Create a new folder/file that will hold memos. Similar to "Categories' and "Memorized Payees', this would auto populate the memo field when typing begins, which would save a lot of entry time for those users who add memos to just about every entry.

Hello @bc799,
Thank you for coming to the Community to provide your feedback! The memorized payee function does allow you to memorize memos also. Please see this article for more information: .
Does that meet your needs? If not, could you please provide more information what you want to see added/changed?
I look forward to your reply!

I manually enter my charge card payments at the detail line level (split transaction)
The Memorized Payee is the Bank/Credit Card that I an entering data for
I eneter the individual transaction 'vendor' in the Memo Section.
So "Amazon" may come up 20 times while entering all of the line details, each with different Categories
It would be helpful to have a "Memorized Memo" field other than the one that is provided in the Memorized Payee set up. This would help in populating the field once typing starts (enter AM) and Amazon would populate the field.

On credit cards, if you are not doing it already, you should have an account in Quicken for the credit card. Then you should download the transactions for the card and assign Categories to the transactions in that account. You should enter the monthly payment as a transfer from your bank account to the credit card account, not as a payment with a complicated split. That is a big time saver.
For reporting, include both the bank and credit card accounts in the report and on the report’s Advanced customization tab, make sure Transfers is set to “Exclude internal.” With that setting, the report will include the transactions in the credit card account but it will exclude the transfers between the checking and the credit card accounts.
