RESOLVED 2/11/26 All Chase related BIDs - FDP-155/ FDP-350 (Temporary Throttle)
Chase is reporting connection issues with all of their associated BIDs in Quicken Classic and Simplifi. This is a temporary outage that should be resolved soon.
List of affected BIDs so far:
- Southwest Airlines Credit Card
- Chase
- JP Morgan Chase Bank
- JP Morgan Chase Private Client
- Chase Mortgage
- Chase - My Account Debit Card
- Marriott Rewards Credit Card
- Chase Investments
This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but we will post updates as soon as we do.
