Tax planner and capital gains not correct
The issue with capital gains not showing correctly was posed many months ago but I could find no update.
The details shown below were copied from the original poster and are identical to my issue. Has there been any update/fix for this issue? I am currently running version 27.1.65.29 on Windows 10. Thank you.
From original post:
The initial Tax Planner display leaves out the Realized Gain values making the Capital Gains/Losses incorrect.
The Tax Planner Summary display correctly shows the Capital Gains with the included Realized Gains.
This issue has been ongoing for many version of Quicken. Is it noted as a problem that needs to be fixed, or is it just being ignored? One workaround is to select the Capital Gains/Losses link on the Tax Planner tab display and then toggle between User entered and the original setting. That seems to "fix' the Tax Planner tab display, but it's frustrating extra steps to get around a program deficiency.
